ABOUT Kettlebells
How do JB Kettlebells work with CMCT?
Putting it simply, it is like a passenger in a car without a seatbelt. If the car hits an object and comes to a sudden halt, the passenger continues to move forward. Inside the JB Kettlebell, the filler moves with the kettlebell, but when the kettlebell stops, the filler continues to move - this is Constant Moving Changing Tension (CMCT). You gain advantage training with the JB Kettlebell due to the constant moving weight inside - this is CMCT.
CMCT stands for CONSTANT MOVING CHANGING TENSION. John Brookfield has been developing and researching the CMCT system and is now ready to release it to the world.
John created The CMCT training system as a way to enhance the performance of any athlete. The CMCT will give anyone the advantage no matter what there sport, age or ability is. This system is completely different than anything anyone has ever seen before.
The effects of the CMCT training system will teach users to:
- React quickly when changes occur
- Adapt both physically and mentally as situations change in their sport, activity, or battlefield.
